Nurse Leadership for Crisis Response and Recovery (NLCRR) is a leadership development project designed to support mid-career and senior nurses in Ukraine. It provides training in crisis leadership, mental health support, communication, and healthcare recovery through a blend of online and in-person learning.
Examples include:
- Head Nurse/Director of Nursing: The nurse in charge of nursing services in a hospital
- Chief Nursing of the region: Senior advisor on nursing matters in a governmental context
- Education position: teacher at nursing school or university on the field of nursing
